The Secretary of State for Commerce, António do Rosário Grispos, led the “MozExport” Northern Regional Conference in Nampula, a strategic event for disseminating the Protocols of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Agreement.
This is an initiative of the Ministry of Economy, aimed at promoting knowledge and appropriation of the Agreement’s legal and operational instruments, involving the main economic and social actors in northern Mozambique.
The conference was attended by representatives of the Governor of Nampula Province and the Municipal Council, as well as the active participation of economic agents, academics, logistics operators, and members of civil society. The event was preceded by a visit to the exhibition of products and services with export potential, with a special emphasis on initiatives led by women and young entrepreneurs, reinforcing the commitment to economic inclusion and equal opportunities.
