As part of the process of Liberalization of Trade in Services in SADC, the African Continental Free Trade Area (ACFTA) and the SADC/APE-European Union Economic Partnership Agreement, the Ministry of Industry and Trade is in the process of creating the Negotiation Team and of the Sub-committee on Trade in Services, which will deal with all aspects inherent to negotiating the Liberalization of Trade in Services with regional and continental negotiating partners and with the European Union.

In this sense, with more than 40 participants, the First joint meeting of the Negotiation Team and Sub-committee on Trade in Services was held on July 10, 2024, in the Auditorium of the Chamber of Commerce of Mozambique.
